NO FIX NO FEE
Our No Fix No Fee policy does not apply if we inform the customer of a suitable resolution to the problem and the customer declines to have nSpire carry out the repair. If we provide a diagnosis of any faults and the customer declines to authorise our technician to resolve the problem, the customer may be required to pay fees to cover collection, diagnosis and delivery charges, not exceeding £20. A diagnostic report will be provided.
Unfortunately our No Fix No Fee policy is not applicable if we are unable to diagnose the problem due to absence of hardware, software, passwords, software serials numbers and account details etc. If an nSpire technician arrives onsite or has worked on a PC remotely using our Live Assist 365 software, but cannot proceed due to absence of the above information, charges not exceeding £35 will apply.
Please note: nSpires No Fix No Fee policy does not apply to Data Recovery or Insurance letter services.
DATA LOSS
nSpire take great care when dealing with our customers' data in order to prevent data loss. Unfortunately data loss is sometimes unavoidable, or may already have occured prior to a computer reaching us. nSpire cannot be held responsible for any data loss.
PAYMENT
Payment is required upon completion of services via cash, credit card or direct bank deposit.
